Enrolling means we’re your regular GP practice. It’s free, and your visits cost less.

Call 09 298 0778 to ask whether we can enrol you, and anyone else in your family.
Fill in the form
Parents can enrol children under 16. If you’re 16 or over, you sign your own form.

Your first visit
You’ll see our nurse first, who takes your medical history, then have an extended consultation with a doctor. Allow 1 hour. Payment is on the day.
What enrolling means
- Enrolling is free and voluntary. You can still see a GP without enrolling, but your visits cost more.
- You’ll be part of the enrolled population of the National Hauora Coalition PHO. Your name, address and identification details go on the practice, PHO and National Enrolment Service registers.
- If you visit another practice where you’re not enrolled, you may be charged a higher fee.
- You can change to another practice at any time.
- If you haven’t seen us for 3 years, we’ll probably get in touch to check you want to stay enrolled.
Moving from another practice?
The enrolment form lets you agree to us getting your records from your previous doctor. That removes you from their register.
Are you eligible?
To enrol, you need to be eligible for publicly funded health services in New Zealand.
